How much
will it cost me to list my property on FirstCoastRentalAds.com?

We have several packages available to suite everyone,
pleaseclick here for package pricing. To start
posting ads, you will need to create an account.
What are the
requirements to list a home on FirstCoastRentalAds.com? back
We require the following:
1- That you are the property owner or the legal representative of the property
owner.
2- That you have a valid telephone number and you include it on your listing(s).
3- That you change the status of your listing to disable immediately after the property
is rented. This will ensure the removal of your phone number so that you won't get any
more unnecessary calls.
Can I make changes to my listing?back
Yes. log into your account and click on "Control Panel", in user
menu. You can edit/add delete listings. If you do not have access to a computer, simply
call us and we'll make the change(s) for you free of charge.
Will you give me an idea of how
much to rent my house for? back
No. FirstCoastRentalAds consultants are not qualified and
are not allowed to give their opinion regarding the rental value of your home. For this
reason we recommend a Property Management Company. It is well worth the money. Please

Will photos help me rent my home
faster? back
I have uploaded the wrong
picture to my listing. Can I change it?
back
Yes, you can change the image. If you have not submitted
the ad yet, then on the final ad submission form click "Remove" below the
picture thumbnail and then click "Ad Images". If you have submitted the ad, you can
still change the image. Open your ad in full view and within the "Status" area at the
bottom click "Images" link. You will be directed to the image replacement/addition
page. If you still are having problems please contact us and we will upload your
pictures for you.
I do not have a scanner, can I mail the photos to you and will you scan
them for me? back
Yes, Simply mail them to us and we'll be more than happy
to scan them for you free of charge. Just contact us for mailing address.
I forgot my password. How
can I retrieve it? back
If you forgot your password, we will send you a temporary
replacement password. Click "I forgot my password" at the login page, enter the email,
you registered with when you created your account and click "Email My Password". Check
your Email for the temporary password we sent you. Once you login to your account with
a new password, make sure to change it by clicking "Update Account" link at the top
right navigation bar.
Can I change my
Email address, password or name? back
You may change your profile information at any time.
However if you change your Email address, we will need to verify it. The procedure is
the same as when you first registered.
I wonder if my Email address
will be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam. back
Your Email address will NOT be sold or passed on to any
lists. If you choose to participate in our list, you may occasionally receive Emails
concerning changes in our policies, upgrades or information concerning your
account.
Can I extend the
duration of my listings before expiration or change my ad content? back
Duration of the ad cannot be changed once it has been
posted. You can however change the content of the ad at any time by clicking any of the
"Edit" links for your listing in the user control panel.
I have rented my property,
Can I remove my listing completely? back
Yes, you can delete your listing using "Delete" link in
the user control panel. Note: you must be logged in to your account before changing or
deleting any listings. You may also temporary disable your listing by clicking
"Disable" link. The listing will be removed from the site, but remain in your account.
You can view your disabled ad by selecting the "status" dropdown option located in your
control panel. You can enable disabled listing by clicking "Enable" ad link.
My listing has
expired and has been taken offline. How can I resubmit it? back
You may repost your listing after it has expired. Login to
your account, click "Control Panel", find your expired
ad in the list and click "Repost" you will then be directed to select the
package you would like for the listing. Select the approriate package and continue with
the checkout process to repost your listing.
